Conclusion Questions

1.    Discuss the anticipated sustainable and energy efficient characteristics for your proposed project.

Our project will be fairly energy efficient.  Because our building will be in use mostly in fair weather, the       lights won’t be in use too often because of the glass curtain wall.  There will be a lot of heat gain through this wall, but as was mentioned earlier, this building will be mainly in use in fair weather so that won’t matter too much.  The land that we have will be nearly perfect for this project, so we will be able to use it nearly as-is.  We can also use the pond as a retention pond without much preparation.

2.    What part of the project proved to be the most difficult to complete? Why?

The hardest part was when I was constructing the Gantt chart and trying to figure out a rigid schedule to keep the schedule on track.  It was also difficult to be working on my projects as well as keeping other group members on task and on schedule.

3.    Describe one improvement that you would incorporate if given sufficient time. Explain how it would make your project better.

Our group would probably make exterior buildings for maintenance vehicles as well as a fueling station for the ATV's and other equipment around the facility.

4.    Choose a career path that you discovered during this project of which you were previously unaware. Give a typical job description for a career in that field.
A landscape architect can be used to incorporate the track, the landscaping around it, and also different plants that can be used to help reduce noise and benefit to the overall work.
